Emma Dudley

Emma Dudley recently graduated as valedictorian of UCLA’s undergraduate film program. She concentrated in screenwriting and minored in English. She is a current Writers’ Assistant/Script Coordinator at DreamWorksTV.

Emma has worked on Thirteen Reasons Why as an Office Production Assistant and CONAN as a Monologue Intern. During college she interned at Comedy Central, NBCUniversal’s cable networks, The CW, 51 Minds, and Overbrook Entertainment.

Emma writes for Reductress, and has had one-act comedic plays as well as live and digital sketches produced at Berkeley Repertory Theatre and UCLA. She was awarded the 2017 UCLA TFT Executive Board Scholarship and the 2016 Peter Stark Memorial Award for her achievements in writing. She has also published short stories and comedy essays in Hanging Loose Press, Adolescent, and a handful of other literary journals.
